Any suggestions on best place to learn to build one?;-)

Basic training will certainly show you where all the parts are, what they are called, what they do, and how to clean and maintain them. The NCOs are very, very careful about covering everthing until you understand. ;)

Lets just say I got a very late start in life on exercising my 2A right;-). Not sure that is an option.
