I watched the show when it first came out (and liked it), but when it became obvious they were trying to put WWF-type story lines in it (basically making it a guys soap opera) and the authenticity of the transactions became questionable I lost interest.
I guess somebody told them they were losing viewers, and they felt they had to “porn it up” a bit. Thankfully we still have bars where you can meet skanks like that any day of the week...

I'm with you. I like realistic reality shows. I liked the original Dragnet far better than the subsequent made up cop shows. But I did think the original "A Team" was kind of cool the way they could spray bullets around and never kill anybody. But let's face it-- we're a minority.
WWF still packs in a lot of men who think that even if it isn't authentic, it is cool. And I won't even get into the porn sites featuring mainly females with silicone enhanced body parts.
