Regardless, that is not grounds for termination. They should have done their due dilligence before hiring her in the first place.

It most certainly is grounds for termination. She filled out an application for employment. She was required to disclose ALL previous employers within a certain number of years. She stated by signing the application that she was truthful in ALL her responses to the questions or she was subject to EMMEDIATE TERMINATION.
