It's the National Rifle Association, not the National Republican Association. We exist to protect the second amendment, not to protect one political party over another. In the course of protecting the second amendment, it is necessary and tactically sound to work with individuals on both sides of the aisle especially when the Republicans can't manage to hold onto power. Through our efforts, we have been instrumental in advancing the pro-second amendment agenda in this country. Nobody has done more for firearms enthusiasts than the NRA.

We exist to protect the second amendment, And you do this by endorsing politicians from the "Ban All Guns" party.
Brilliant.

We exist to protect the second amendment.
I’m with ya.
If you choose to do so, brace yourself and visit Democratic Underground. Liberals being against the 2nd Ammendment is not a slam-dunk. Some of the pro-gun Dems are just as vehement and vociferous as anyone in support of this inalienable right.

The NRA is full of cowardly weasels. It needs to be destroyed and replaced with a real pro 2nd Amendment organization.
How’s that Dingy Harry endorsement working out for you now?
K Street scumbags all of them....

Maybe Republicans would hold onto power if the almighty NRA supported better candidates rather than turncoat Democrats?

“We exist to protect the second amendment...”
Really? Then why have they not gone after total repeals of acts??? The NRA won’t get another dime of my money till they stop with the “compromise” talk have had on some key issues.
