As for me, it's great to be back. I spent the whole month of October (and more) in the wonderful country of Bahrain. 40 days. Great to be home where everything is NOT the color of the dirt.

Had a French rental car.....Renault - one of the reasons the French are known for their wines. What idiot designer puts the stereo aux audio input jack under a cover inside the center console? And when the light changes and you step down on the gas the car seems to say, “WHAT?”

I was warned by one of my co-workers.....”Do not eat at ‘Easy Take-Out Burger’ on American alley. You will get food poisoning and die, or wish you would.”

By the time I left you could tell winter was coming.....morning temperatures were down in the mid-90’s.
