I was elated when he left Iowa State. He never wanted to be here.
We have a great coach now in Paul Rhodes who loves the state and Iowa State University.
Chizik could have cared less for our state and our team. He had no desire to go out and recruit in state athletes.
He seemed to be a good coach however; surprised to see him let go so soon after winning so big.

Think the Peter Principle kicked in for Chizik somewhere between being a DC and HC. Rhodes is a good man and good coach. Was glad to have him at Auburn if only for a little while.
