Have y’all seen the price of chicken wings? Considering the actual meat per pound, I can’t afford them. So, when I have a whole chicken, I cut off the wings and put them in a freezer bag before cooking the chicken. Eventually, there are enough to make a batch of hot wings.

BUFFALO BLASTS

The “Buffalo Blasts” appy at Cheesecake Factory have that great “buffalo wing” taste without using wings. You can even use leftover bits of chicken.

BUFFALO FILLING Just mix minced leftover chicken, shredded Cheddar (can also add cream cheese for richness), couple shakes of Frank’s hot sauce, s/p, garlic powder.

Place 1-2 tea FILLING on wonton wrapper-—top w/ 2nd wrapper. Moisten edges closed-—then deep-fry these babies.

Serve w/ blue cheese ranch-type dressing, cold celery sticks....and a ramekin of hot sauce.
