I am not a fan of someone else teaching this. I always used the correct terminology for body parts because that is how I was raised. Since I also taught my daughter self-respect and self-awareness the other ‘abuse’ meme was unnecessary
I am now keeping my second granddaughter until she is old enough to go to preschool at the same school. I teach her about Jesus and self discipline. My view is that little ones should never be alone with any man but Daddy. There is ample opportunity for both girls and boys to have the influence from the males around them, but little ones should always be with a parent or grandmother.
Maybe I am too suspicious, but I recall my own childhood and I know that little ones can be subjected to abuse by family members too. I won't leave my babies alone for a minute. I even take along my heavy hiking stick when I take them out in the stroller to walk. No way would I let my son put them in daycare.
