You, sir, are a nut.
I see several things he has missed or he is ignoring. That's a let down from what started out to be a fair presentation. I'm afraid his knowledge of scripture is pretty weak if even I can see it. ;)

Thanks for posting!
I’m glad i’m not Jewish so i don’t have to read all that.
I like your well thought out diagnosis.
Thanks,
Galatians 4:8 Formerly, when you did not know God, you were slaves to those who by nature are not gods. 9 But now that you know Godor rather are known by Godhow is it that you are turning back to those weak and miserable forces? Do you wish to be enslaved by them all over again? 10 You are observing special days and months and seasons and years! 11 I fear for you, that somehow I have wasted my efforts on you.
Sukkot as the date is supported by Elizabeth's Zacharias served as a high priest and John would have been born on Pesach. Factor in when Miriam visited her cousin Elizabeth, John (1:14) tells us that Yah'shua was made flesh The word "dwelt" in the Koine Greek is: Eight days after the beginning of Sukkot is Eight days after a Jewish male is born he is circumcised. After the Eighth day comes the the most Joyous day: Nine months back from Sukkot is Chanukah
While I do not condemn the celebration of Christmas,
a clear reading of the Holy Word of G-d would lead to another date.
A date commanded by YHvH with clear Biblical meaning and understanding.
Chanukah is a great time for followers of the Jewish Messiah to celebrate.
The eight day Feast of Chanukah echoes of the eight days of the Feast of Tabernacles
Chanukah was most likely when the "light of the world"
(John 8:12) entered human form and tabernacled among us.
Feast of Tabernacles is the birth day of Yah'shua.
This question is answered when you believe and trust
the Holy Word of Elohim in Luke 1.

based on his tribe, we know when he served

Most Jews believed that Elijah
would come at Pesach to announce
the coming of the Messiah (Malachi 4:5).
Elizabeth was six months pregnant (Luke 1:26)
Thus the timing of Yah'shua's birth can be ascertained.

Thank you!
I have only one question. When you say Sukkot is when YHvH took on a temporary garment, it sounds as if you believe that Jesus discarded that temporary garment after the resurection. But Mark 16, Luke 24 and Acts 1 say the disciples saw Him, bodily, ascending to heaven. I personally believe that He has a glorified body. How does that fit with the image of the sukkah?
I love learning more about my Savior, but I also have a couple of Jewish friends and I hope all of this will help me one day to witness to them. Thanks for a very interesting post.
As far as Chanukah, perhaps "the light entering the temple" is of significance, but it's NOT the time of Christ's actual birth and therefore just not the same, IMO.
my 2 cents...
Acts 26:24
And as he thus spake for himself, Festus said with a loud voice, "Paul, you are out of your mind! Your great learning is driving you mad."
