By the way, while we are counting things, here are a few items:

Notre Dame vs. the SEC: 37-14 (not counting Missouri and Texas A&M or South Carolina, against all of whom Notre Dame is 8-5)

Notre Dame vs. Alabama: 5-1

Notre Dame vs. Bear Bryant: 4-0
