Every thing from claims of abusing students when he was a high school teacher to a rumor that he was behind the mess that caused McCotter to step down (The state attorney general said that Bentivolio wasn’t involved when charges against the McCotte staffers were announced) Finally a day or so before the election that FReeper came running with a politico story that claimed that Bentivolio was going to prison. It looked like it was just a vengeful former brother in law.
