Sorry General - play ball with us, or that affair you thought was secret will be made known to the world....
The last of the ninth for Petraeus ended with election results. I never quite reconciled the difference between the actions of some high military officers who left the service and expressed opposition to Obama and his enablers and Petraeus who moved to the CIA. Some of the story must be they had the goods about his infidelity and used it to keep him on board for political show and Petraeus wimped out to try to keep his career. Now he knows what making a deal with the devil(s) can get you. I must admit I have never been a fan of Petraeus early on and less so when he gave Obama respectable publicity. His replacement is bound to be a Jarrett pick.
It already is known. If the affair happened while he was on active duty, it could be used to revoke his pensions via a retroactive dishonorable discharge.
Any retired officer or enlisted man could be recalled to active duty to testify in any military court regarding actions taken or crimes committed while on active duty. This could also be used to pertain to crimes committed by others under ones command.
