Scotland is voting to be independent of Britain .So why can’t we have on our ballots for each state the right to vote for independence(secession)? Many of us in states voted for several amendments. Why can’t we vote for independence?

I agree there has to be a physical place where we can go and form the governement we desire. Probably the last best hope for freedom is independence (sucession).
