That’s true! We toured a scotch distillery in Scotland and the used barrels make a big difference in the taste of the scotch.

Personally, scotch is just yucky but hubby is a big fan.

Come to the Kentucky Bourbon Trail and tour a (several) bourbon distillery. Bourbon is a completely different animal than scotch. The smell inside a rick house is almost something you can taste on your palate. Rather sweet.

Bardstown. The bourbon capital of the world.
