There’s no champagne in the house. And I didn’t want to jinx it by buying any this week. So I’m having to sip white wine in order to still be able to drive if I need to rush out for a bottle of champagne to break open in front yard while dancing like an idiot and screaming at the top of my lungs.
My wife and I are sipping Chardonnay. The dripdripdrip of exit tallies on FoxNews is killing me. What she doesn’t know is that my wine glass is half full of gin.
