We’ve got anecdotes and the left has poll numbers other than Republican pollsters. I bought into all the anecdotes and ignored the “flawed” numbers in 2008 and was sorely disappointed.

Well I was never under the impression that McCain would win last time. The polls are only getting 3-9% response rate this year, and they are all over the place.
