What lesson did I learn for next disaster: Remain Calm.
In my haste to save fridge coolness, I hurriedly put the milk carton back in, knocking over over the whipped cream can which filled a shelf and a half with frothy mess.
On a more serious note: PLEASE check up on elderly in your area.
While I was working at the local shelter yesterday, a woman in her 80’s stopped in with her knitting - after chatting with her for a bit she nearly broke down in tears that her own kids weren’t checking on her.
A few years back we helped a woman in her 90’s survive - her kids actually got mad at us because we delayed them collecting their inheritance - sick and sad but true.
I know I’m preaching to the choir here, but I just wanted to put this in writing.
What was funny was the shower damn near but me to sleep yesterday. Been on high anxiety since Saturday....all ok here...Thank you , Jesus
