Impeachment maybe not.. but prosecution I think is still possible. I wouldn’t rule that out because we do not yet know all of the evidence.

There are emails, audio recordings and videos that the public has not yet seen.

Please understand I’m not commenting on Obama’s guilt or innocence of criminal behavior or any evidence that might be out there.

I’m saying, it will not be done. Obama will not be prosecuted. It takes a prosecutor to prosecute, either within the Justice Dept or an outsider who is appointed to do it independently.

I’m just saying the Republicans, from Romney at the top to the lowliest of House members, will not want to, and will not, pursue Obama criminally after he leaves office.

That’s just my belief of what will/won’t happen.
