I think we may have been hyped. I went to weather.com and pulled up the five day forecast for DC. NY, Boston, Binghamton,NY and York,Pa.
In none of the forecasts was there any suggestion of flooding or rains over 1 inch, or of winds over 40 miles per hour. One would think if the world were coming to an end due to weather, it would show up somewhere in the local forecast.

You do not know what you are talking about. I live in York PA and we are under a high wind warning and a flood watch forecast of 3 to 6 of rain by tomorrow evening and sustained winds of 30 to 40 mph with gusts of 60 to 70 mph for the next 24 hours.
Im not panicking nor do I think it is going to be the end of the world but Ive been through enough noreasters and tropical storms to know not to take them lightly. I saw firsthand the flooding here from last years TS Lee, saw the roads washed out, houses and businesses flooded including the business I work for, and that was without 60 70 mph wind gusts.
