There are influential mega wealthy powers who have crafted a global society of like minded mega wealthy, who naturally fund and reward and influence the founding institutions of the USA, and reward the players who advance their interests for them.
Is that so hard for you to imagine, as you sit there in the ashes of your non-existent argument to the contrary of this column.
