No. Let’s say you took the first pill at 1:00pm. The second would be 30 minutes later at 1:30. The third pill would be 30 minutes later at 2:00pm.
The three pills lasted 60 minutes, from 1:00pm to 2:00pm.

The question is how long the pills will last, not how long their effectiveness will last.
