I think depressing voters will make them more likely to stay home rather than go out and vote.
It’s interesting that Rassmussen and Gallup have such a gap between them now. The truth is probably somewhere in the middle, but at least it’s showing momentum for Romney in any case.
Rasmussen is hard weighted to + 5 Democrat. Gallup does not weight its poll by party affiliation.
