New research is demonstrating what many people already knew from experience: Women lose interest in sex over time, while men don't.
The finding has the potential to help couples, the researchers said. Knowing that many women's sexual desire diminishes over the course of a relationship could encourage both partners to be more realistic about their sex lives, and could help them weather the changes in desire as they occur.

Most common comments by women 1.) I still love sex, not just with my husband. 2.) My husband does not know what the heck he is doing 3.) My husband no longer desires me physically/has zero sex drive
My husband and I have been together for 20 years. I adore him and my heart could never belong to another. I can count on one hand the men with whom I've had head-spinning, knees-turn-to-water sex, and none of these men were my husband. There is a feeling/chemistry that I call a "sexual connection" that happens between two people that cannot be explained to anyone who hasn't experienced what I'm talking about. To put it simply, those who know.......know; those who don't know.........no...
Yeah right ! I had a man that seem to like beer more than making love....or it seem like it!
I am over 50 and have always had a great sexdrive, it has calmed down some, likely due to a partner who could care less if he ever had sex, I don't know who they survey to get their info for these topics, both my ex husband and current partner have zero sexdrive, and it's not me, men constantly ask me out.
Men want sex all the time? You've obviously never met my ex.
LOL. The receding hairline and the expanding gut don’t help much either.
OK....OK...he was 80 years old when he said that. :-)
It’s the wedding cake, I tell ya! I don’t know what’s in it, but it needs to be outlawed!
Yes. The action part of the male sex drive is seriously overplayed—especially as it compares to the female sex drive. Many of us females like sex quite a bit.
LOL...

guys, if you get married you’re sex life is going to suck....stay single and get out of the relationship after two years...
BFL. This ought to be interesting.
That is a two way street...could never understand why one spouse let's themselves go (get fat) other than a medical condition. Shows lack of respect for your spouse and I place it near drug, alcohol or gambling vices.. Don't mean a few pounds from normal aging but fat.
fat out of shape woman does not help.
Are you talking about your husband or your wife? ;-)
What part of the sex drive isn’t the action part? Isn’t a sex drive by definition driving you towards action? What are you talking about?
“Many of us females like sex quite a bit”
But that’s not the issue. It’s like saying you like an occasional glass of wine compared to someone who can’t go a day without a drink lest they start the delirium tremens.
>>> while men don’t.
So all the viagra’s and the like do not help?
hard to argue that
OMG.
Yes its all about God.
Why have sex if its to fulfill some natural urge. I can only think that my God put my wife in my life.
I absolutely agree, except I even wonder if normal aging automatically has to mean adding any weight at all.
I’m talking about me, unfortunately!
For 25 years Mrs. Lurkin acted like sex is disgustung.
Now I tell her that she has convinced me.
