What does Drudge mean by this "OBAMA LOCK UNDER 10 STATES" Mean? Can someone put this in laymans terms for me? Thanks.

RealClearPolitics (RCP) already moved OH to the tossup category a week ago, although Obama has a statistically insignificant 2.6% edge in Ohio. In the past three days, they also moved the 52 electoral votes carried by WI, PA, NH, and MI to the tossup category. RCP has Romney with a slight but not statistically significant edge (0.7 to 1.5%) in the four that just moved.

It means those States are a sure win for Obama.
Leaning Red means it could still win for Obama but only a slight margin.
Toss up means, it can go either way.
It's the electoral votes that matter.
But if Obama loses FL, OHIO, PA, NC, VA, MI, WI then he loses.

That means there are 47 states that are either a lock for Romney or are toss ups. Romney is going to win at least 59 states and two provinces. 500 million Italians are in Romney’s camp as we speak.

Kathy Hochul is NOT doing well
I dont see an obama sticker anywhere (saw a ton of them last time) and even my kids are saying other kids are openly mocking him in school

It’s not time to relax folks. If he does well in the upcoming debates he could turn several states around. Now is the time to dig in and keep pushing while we have momentum so that when the election results are in Romney pummels him so bad he leaves in complete disgrace for what he attempted to do to this country.
