How many yards out was the shot?
46 yards, head shot at about 90. Easy easy easy. Not at all a difficult shot. But that said, i think he was in on it, but not alone. Like in that Oliver Stone move JFK, “who did the shooting is less important than the why”. I think the CIA was bitterly angry from the firing of Dulles, and also from not invading Cuba. The Mob basically lost a carribean Las Vegas when they lost Havana.
SO i think some unholy fusion of mob, CIA, and others did some combination of making it happen, covering it up, and burying it till 2028 or whatever. And it stinks to high heaven that he’s telling everyone he’s a patsy, and the BAM, a “patriotic mobster” kills him before he can talk. JFK and his brother were not exactly on good terms with the mob. It also stinks to high heaven that when the house had it’s committee to reopen the case in 75, suddenly a new wave of mobsters was killed. Sam Giancana was one, right before he was going to appear.
I think Oswald was involved in something, and probably even one of the shooters. But we were lied to badly about this. I doubt we will ever know the truth.
68 yards. First time I ever shot a rifle I hit a coke can at 90 yards.
Marines are trained to shoot and hit targets at 200, 300 and 500 yards/meters from a variety of positions with iron sights.
Killing Kennedy was easy for a trained marksman. Most neophytes given about two weeks of training could have pulled it off.
