Is that a *net* outflow, are are they being replaced by drug cartel wetbacks? I'd live under a bridge in Florida before I'd live in a mansion in California! And yes,California Freepers.I know that there are *some* decent people there.Too bad they make up such a small percentage of the population.

California is going Detroit, and the decline will pick up speed exponentially, as more people leave.
It’s past the tipping point.

Come on down to the Missouri Ozarks. Low taxes, plenty of turkey, deer, fish. You can shoot your gun. Did I mention low taxes ?

If this is true ...... How is California maintaining it's 54 electoral votes in the state after the 2010 census?
Something really smells in that state......

Blue state immigrants to red states should be banned from voting at state and local level until they have lived in the state for 10 years, and only then if they have demonstrated, not merely talked up, conservatism in their personal behavior.

It’s axiomatic that the best and brightest see the problems evolving and leave for better pastures first.
More and more, Kalifornia will be populated by the dumb and dumbest, leading to worse decisions on legislators, leading to worsening conditions, leading to lowering property values, leading to...
Eventually, the Golden State will be left to the poor and aged who can’t move, barrios and ghettos, and the rich libs in their gated communities.

The commie a$$hat$ better not wreck the moral culture of Texas which somewhat accomodates independence - lower taxes. Bet they wreck things out of their cultural ignorance.

I think many GOP-leaning voters left CA...Many liberals then replaced them...Just my theory...
