I suspect ... that might not be good for my ego, or my reputation.

The necessary viewpoints of walking a mile in someone else's moccasins has to have a line drawn somewhere.

Well, yes ... I had to be Tom for Hallowe’en, because I couldn’t get into Bill’s clothes to save my life. However, my 12-year-old (Sally) wears a ladies’ size 6 or 8 in Dress Barn outfits. Everything is just a little longer on her than on me, because she’s not quite 5’2” and I’m not quite 5’4”. And Elen’s clothes are longer on me, because she’s about 5’7”.

Through much of my life, clothes passed from my aunt (5’9”) to my mom (5’6”) to me (5’4”) growing more modest and less fashionable with each pass.

Allow me to bask in being a size 8-petite - or 6, depending on the style - after having 10 children.
