Sionnsar was of Scottish heritage, and he was proud of it. he named the vintage, but I can only recall the part of the name: poplan sor....
Sadly, sionnsar passed away 18 months ago, but we do try to keep his memory alive, if nothing else, through his widow, Libre ou Mort.
