I had a whiplash injury in my 20’s, and the only thing that stopped the neck-related headaches was a chi kung form that took me six months to learn. The whiplash injuries were severe enough that I knew they would cause problems in later life, so I am not surprised, only chagrined. At least this is a transitory thing.
