So I've grown up in church. And everything I've read and heard preached went something like this.
Israel will be in a war.. or be about to get into a war when the Antichrist comes along and makes a "peace" deal for 7 years.
3 and a half years into the deal the Antichrist breaks the deal and starts a war with Israel.
Does this deception sound like "Taquia" to any of you.
"Taquia" teaches Muslims that it's ok to lie to an enemy during battle. Deception, etc.
I've like to hear Freepers thoughts on this.
Will the Antichrist be a muslim? I thought that person was supposed to be very believable.. and fool a lot of the world. At this point I would hope a lot of people wouldn't be fooled by a Muslim.

I don’t think the antichrist will be a muslim, but he will definitely be a liar.
He will probably be european - someone from the EU.
The word Antichrist is mentioned specifically only in the following scriptures of the Bible.
“Little children, it is the last time: and as ye have heard that antichrist shall come, even now are there many antichrists; whereby we know that it is the last time” (1 John 2:18).
“Who is a liar but he that denieth that Jesus is the Christ? He is antichrist, that denieth the Father and the Son” (1 John 2:22).
“And every spirit that confesseth not that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh is not of God: and this is that [spirit] of antichrist, whereof ye have heard that it should come; and even now already is it in the world” (1 John 4:3).
“For many deceivers are entered into the world, who confess not that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh. This is a deceiver and an antichrist” (2 John 1:7).
The future world leader who will be Antichrist is called by other names in Bible prophecy. He is called The little horn (Dan. 7: 8,) king of fierce countenance (Dan 8: 23,) the prince that shall come (Dan 9: 26,) the king (Dan 11: 36,) man of sin (2 Thes. 2: 3,) son of perdition (2 Thes 2: 3,) the beast (Rev. 13: 1-4, 12, 14-15, 17, chp. 19: 19-20, six hundred threescore and six (Rev. 13: 18,).
But here’s the deal. At this point Christians really don’t trust Muslims and Muslims don’t trust Christians and or Jews.
So how will the Antichrist fool “everyone”

Yes, the Imams and scholars over there as best I can determine think the bad Christians and Jews are the ones who are friends or whatever with each other.
The same with countries—Venezuela and Cuba were used as an example. They are not friends with Israel or the US, even though they are mostly Christian nations—they don’t mix. So the Muslim countries can be friends with and trust them. They are the good Christians.
We are the enemy, the Jews and Christians who are friends (or whatever you want to call it). We will be the ones for the most part not deceived and we will battle with them.
It doesn’t matter that we don’t trust Muslims, it is not us who they need to win over.
It’ll have to be someone pretty slick like Clinton to fool the whole world.
Will the Muslims trust the Antichrist?
Who is the 'instead of Jesus'? He shows up first, 6th trump, 6th seal, and 6th vial. He will be calling himself Jesus and he will not be in a flesh body. He knows that he has but a short season, not years, but months. He is told to touch not "MY" anointed and yet he kills the two witnesses. Matthew 24 Christ said there would be wars and rumors of wars, 'fear NOT' the end is not yet. I paraphrased.... SO it is not 'war' that brings about the 'end' but a false 'peace' when there is no 'peace'. All but the very elect will believe for a time the 'real' Jesus is here.... Do you know what that means to a Christian, to bend their knee to the devil, who is masquerading around performing miracles, calling himself Jesus????? That my friend is the tribulation.

They’ve already won much of the world over. Look at Europe, look at those here in the USA that called for that fella to be tried for the death of Stevens. They sympathize with Muslims and think we are crazy Christians—they are good Christians and accepting like Nancy Pelosi type Christian. They favor and sympathize with the Palestinians over Israel.
