My emphasis. I think they belong to the UN group as described below - it would mean Obama totally failed with his “new roadmap” - see 2nd snippet below. I’ve been checking out Thomas Pickering, the individual Hillary selected to head up her investigation team, whatevers going on...he’s involved. The people involved in the Balkans were the International Crisis Group (ICG) - co-Chairs Tom Pickering w/ Louise Armour, and the International Criminal Court {ICC) co-Chairs Tom Pickering and Louise Armour, along with UN Refugee groups, Human Watch..Soros and so on. The ICG and ICC always work together. It consisted of the UN/WB/NATO/EU/ICC-ICG/Human Rights and all the other NGO’s including USAID.
Hillary considers Pickering an “old friend” (the guy she chose to head up the Libyan investigation):-

15 yrs ago they went to the Balkans - don’t know when the Oil Pipelines became a factor but Pickering is Chair of the largest Pipeline Company in the world - Russian. Milsovec and others were accused of Genocide and Ethnic Cleansing of Muslims! Today (as I’m sure it was then) the area is swarming with Salafists, training grounds, and everything that goes with it.

The above was at a Peace Award ICG dinner. I’m figuring that our government is now working with the same UN Balkan group, (they’re still there and never appear to leave). They did the same in Liberia, Sierra Leone... There’s still strife between Kosovo and Serbia, lots of drugs, and drug running...billions in that, and there’s the Balkan Pipeline going into Europe somewhere...know zip about pipelines. If true, then our military are no longer in our domain but under the auspices of the UN...NATO. I know nato uses lots of countries but ours is the vast majority. They’re nation building...whose paying for it? I know those billionaires aren’t and certainly not Carnegie/CFR who are largely responsible for this new approach which is dangerous as we’ve found out in Libyan. In N. Ireland they released political prisoners and immersed them into their districts. This worked out fairly well but it’s a whole different set of circumstances. They’re blinded by their own PC’ness into thinking if they don’t call it terrorism it’s not...

I just read your post #137. It appears to be a pattern. Syria now has government condoned rape. The Balkans/Rwanda had genocide and ethnic cleansing. N Ireland a massive bombing - an isolated incidence as it came a number of years after the troubles and done by an unknown group. Women took it upon themselves afterwards to get involved, so when Hillary and George Mitchell arrived it was a process already implemented. I know someone who was very involved, she and a group of women were invited to the WH by Hillary, a few years later. They’re a great bunch of people and would’ve given Hillary all the credit not knowing what a narcissist she was...She’s made that a policy now...women will take the lead. That was fine in N Ireland but in the ME, that’s something else again, their thinking is too progressive...
The Jihad Salafists have been destroying mosques in Mali - one of them was actually very stunning until they got a hold of it. They’re doing the same in Libya, Egypt etc., and of course, Churches.
