Not to start a flame war, sincerely, because I don’t mess with other people’s beliefs, but a little known fact is that back in the time of Jesus, you could not be honored with the title of Rabbi UNLESS you were married and had consummated the marriage. That was the Law at the time. So it would not surprise me either.

It is out of the devil's own workshop to be making claims that Christ, 'Emmanuel' God with us would be in need of a flesh woman. Who exactly ever called Jesus rabbi? Christ was not a rabbi He was the only begotten Son of God, sent to redeem those that believe upon Him, and so that destruction of the devil already pronounced could be carried out. BUT the Heavenly Father does give His children all of them the free will to believe whatever they choose to believe.

I have already stated this is a matter of curiosity. Believe as you will. “TEACHER” is Rabbi. So I wonder.

I had a vague recollection that Jesus was called Rabbi in the Bible, and see from a Bible site that it happened several times in John. (In Matthew 23, though, Jesus preaches that people ought not to want to be called by an honorable title such as 'Rabbi'.)

I'm skeptical of the significance of the papyrus find, though. If Jesus had a wife and children, it's likely that it would have been mentioned somewhere in the Bible.
