Good
1. The affirmative action gestapo will be out of work.
2. There will be no racism.
3. The left will finally have to acknowledge that there is only one race - human.

Bad
1. There will be no diversity or variety, everyone will look generally the same. BORING

What incredible hubris to believe that some “experts” can predict the future.

A “bottleneck” event could cause 40% of humans to look like Inuits, 40% Namib Bushmen, and 20% everything else.

Even in Brazil you can find very dark skinned people and very light skinned people; as well as hair color of all hues - that do not come out of a bottle.

Even if the majority of the world becomes mixed race and “looks Brazilian” - people mate assortively for a host of traits and tend to judge “attractive” by what their own family looks like.

Tests with rats and lemon scented mothers and amusing and illustrative.

In grad school a guy I worked with and his girlfriend (gingers) looked so much like brother and sister that when they kissed it felt dirty.
