Super majorities won’t do anything. The majority of the super majority will follow their leader: Mittens Thurston Howell III

So he’s not even elected President and he’s already backing out of campaign promises.

Romney will lose Massachusetts because of RomneyCARE.
Americans HATE ObamaCARE/RomneyCARE.
But like Obama, Romney does not care.

" If Mitt Romney becomes president, he says he won't get rid of Obamacare in its entirety."

That tune had better change fast or he will lose the election, period.

The GOP has gotten even WORSE than the Whigs were when their party imploded, but we don’t seem to be offered any chance to throw them out.

Romney’s operators were as much responsible for vilifying Sarah Palin back in 2008 as the left wing press and the DNC. Now we see WHY he wanted McCain and Palin to lose.

Both parties, Democrat and Republican, have been taken over by the forces of corruption. It doesn’t give us a lot to hope for this November.

I wish we could have agreed on a write-in candidate, but those currently on offer are all pretty feeble.

None of this is a surprise. We knew very well, from his record, that Mitt would be no better than Obama Lite.

Mittens should have just said that he will repeal Obamacare and then let Congress address any changes through well thought out legislation.

"Romney indicated he would keep the provisions dealing with pre-existing conditions and young adults"

Then he will have to keep the mandate also. You can't cover preexisting conditions (which is actually a guarantee not insurance) with out the mandate to subsidize it. Otherwise people would just wait until they got sick to buy the coverage.

Before we became uber-sensitive, I used to call people like Romney “retards!”

So waddayawant? a well managed socialist slide to economic oblivion or a frogmarch to the same destination?

Mitt likes the touchy-feelie freebie candy apparently.

He does not like the taxes, regulation or heavy-handed cost controls.

Meaning that if he gets his way he’ll bankrupt the country with this thing even faster than Obama.

Romney and his campaign are making John Kerry look reliable and unchanging...

The sad truth... ObamaSCare was based on RomneySCare... so of course Romney will like “a number of things”.
