400,000 children would not be "instructed" if the teachers went on strike.

Sure they will, they'll all learn to hold a gun sideways so it looks cool when firing into a crowd.

They don't get any "instruction" now! Their school-day is only 5 and a half hours long, of which 30 minutes is "recess" and 30 minutes is "lunch" making their day 4 hours 30 minutes long - THE SHORTEST SCHOOL DAY IN THE COUNTRY!

Frankly, I really don't think anyone's going to notice these kids aren't getting "educated" given the brevity of their school day.

And to think, Chicago Public School teachers are the HIGHEST PAID in the country, and less than 50% of all Chicago Public Schoolkids will graduate high school....

Government schools are left wing induction centers. The only “instruction” the kids get is liberal propaganda. The best thing that could ever happen to students would be for the teachers to strike forever. Public education/government schools have been a colossal failure and need to be shut down permanently.
