Why are we afraid to face the truth?
The reason the West will not face the truth about Islam is because the West is fully post-Christian. There is no challenge to Islam in the touchy-feely, new age, all religions are one, toleration that characterizes the current Western religious mindset. As the honey badger of religions, Islam laughs at that.
However, Judaism and Christianity pose a real threat to Islam because both of them clearly reveal the utterly false and satanic nature of Muslim scripture, theology and practice. But since it is thought to be intellectual yahoo-ism to be Christian in the modern world, Islam continues to gain a foothold.
I firmly believe that Islam is the delusion mentioned in 2 Thessalonians: 2 that will come upon those who refuse to believe in the run up to the Second Coming.
