I've smoked since I was 15 years old. I turned 55 last March and now it's time to quit!
Doooooooooooooood.
Pack-a-day was more than I was smokng..when I still wanted to do it.
Keep up the effort, I guess.
i marked this post when you first started quitting. I know I need to quit and should quit, but i just love smoking. Why? I just really do.
Oh my gosh, it releaves such tention.
So does a drink in the evening. LOL
There’s so much going on in my life I can always find an excuse and it doesn’t help that I really like it.
I’ve quit before, several times. I got an e-cig that I will try more in the colder weather.
Reviewing old posts and found this...hoping all is going well with you, and that you finally got it done (?)
Not yet but I’m trying to build up my mind to try again.
My son quit by using Chantix, he quit taking them after a week because of the side effects...
It did give him the leg up to grunt it out and quit...
It would worth trying at least...
Randy, I was a smoking fiend, along with my husband. Tried hypnosis about 2 1/2 years ago and we haven’t smoked since. It might be worth a try.
I have tried Chantix in the past but didn’t do it right.
I have a new perscription and will try it again.
I know a person who did the hypnosis to stopped smoking. It worked for her as well and she has been smoke free for 24 years.
I’ll look into it.
Thank You.
