No. Genesis 1:1 is a declaration... no date or 'time' is associated with the when the beginning was or how long from the creation of the heavens and the earth until the devil rebelled. That is Genesis 1:2, describing the rebellion of the devil, whose position of being "anointed cherub that covereth; and I have set thee so; thou wast upon the holy mountain of God; thou hast walked up and down in the midst of the stones of fire......
