Sincerely pray for God to notice your boss, and pray to God to notice how your boss is behaving towards you and others.
Not a bitter prayer for personal revenge, but a prayer for God to notice your plight, and to solve the problem for you.
I know people who have done just that, with two coworkers (not bosses). Two months later one of the coworkers was escorted out of the building, 6 months later the other was transferred out.
God does answer prayers.
And bless you as well ARCADIA! Prayers up for you and your situation. I can certainly appreciate every word you said. It is so difficult when they threaten our security. Thank God that He is on our side.

Of all the replies, I would give HTB’s post #71 most careful consideration. whoever he is, he’s certainly not a harmless teddy bear, he’s loaded for bear! That’s something you need right now. Even if you never need to use all that stuff, just having it will give you much more confidence and piece of mind.
Also, just a few posts up is a suggestion from me regarding prayer, consider that at the same time.

Its happened for me too. The last really nasty boss, I prayed for god to guide me in service, right action, courage and industry, and for God to take charge of the relationship and work from the boss. My part was to do god’s will for me, which is to do what I am supposed to do, when I am supposed to do it, very simple.
It was not long when, nothing to do with me, the boss had his own new boss, who thereupon exited my old nemesis in short order. And, strangely, the ex-boss’s house was razed right off its lot by the new buyer - we were in the same village. The guy is out of my life, and his house is evaporated, and all I had to do was pray for my own actions, courage, industry, and to do what I am supposed to do when I am supposed to do it, with His guidance and inspiration. Personally, I think that is what a miracle looks like. At least a big a-ha, anyway. I am no bible thumper, but this was a good every day use of higher power relationship in my life. Must add, however, things do not always go my way. Sometimes I am the one who does the leaving. But, there is always something better for me after.

Hard to help without knowing what you do and what you are asking for.
Generally, I would ignore the personal part of this and concentrate on doing the best job you can. People often confuse the work place with a socisl club. Don’t make that mistake.
