Actually the Amish love to play baseball. My property was bordered on two sides by Amish farms when I lived in Delaware. Their kids weren't supposed to play with the "English" kids, EXCEPT when we had a ball game going in my yard. Some of them would sneak into our house after the ball game and play Mario Bros. with my son though LOL. The fathers would stop by in their buggies sometimes to watch the games. They would always pull a bottle out from under the buggy seat as long as the wife wasn't along. They are really rather fun people.
