If you do Bubba Burgers try putting a pat of butter on them while cooking.

We do have some real butter and can try that pat on the Bubba Burgers, which we probably will throw on the grill! Thanks for the tip!
It must be different up there with lawns than down here. Down here, the only time a lawn is replaced is if it is dead or someone just wants new or different grass.
We have installed sod in new and existing yards, and we use a sod cutter to remove any existing grass or weeds, before laying the new sod.
