Sihks are mono-theistic (unlike Hindus). They are eqalitarian, don’t belive in the caste system (unlike Hindus). Men and women are considered equals and marriage is sacred (considered the joining of souls).

British used Sikhs (and Hindus) to keep Muslims in line in during colonial era in India/Pakistan. Sihks and Hindus have centuries old animosity towards Muslims (and vise versa). The British gave Sihks military training and weapons because they could trust them not to turn on them.

Sikhs and Muslims are mostly enemies to this day in India and there is strife between them in the UK as well (google: sikh + muslim + conflict + uk).

The MSM will not say any of this.

If the killer thought he was killing Muslims he was way wrong. Not that he should have been shooting up any group.

The only group that hates other religions are Muslims.

There are many dead Christians in India who were killed by Hindu's who would disagree with you.

I don’t think they are prone to fly jets into buildings...

A couple of Sikh terrorists killed 329 people by getting a bomb on to an Air India flight in 1985 in the luggage.

It's dangerous trying to put entire groups in boxes of "they are all good" or "they are all evil." The world is more complicated than that.

Christianity is mono-theistic and it has a caste system:

Papal Documents Record Evidence of the Caste System

Tamil Nadu, India, January 10, 2003 - Evidence that the
caste system and it perpetuation has been prevalent
within the Catholic church in India, has been discovered
in various papal documents. Following conversion to
Christianity from Hinduism, the Dalits (so called
untouchables) were kept separate from the Brahmins in the
congregation. In 1623, missionaries requested that the
Bull (decree) of Pope Gregory XV allow Brahmins to
maintain certain caste practices such as the sacred
thread, sandals and ablutions. The pope agreed, providing
the converts showed charity towards Dalits. In 1779, the
Propagation of Faith wrote, “The separation in the church
and at the entrance of the church, also the distinction
of cemeteries may actually be tolerated for fear of
greater evil.” As late as 1985 a court verdict upheld the
80-year-old practice of separate graveyards for Dalit
Christians of Trichy, Tamil Nadu.

Islam and caste

Sunday, July 1, 2007

Islam and caste: Islam too claims that it has no caste
system, as it treats every Muslim equal. But, to understand
it, one has to understand Islam and its basic tenets. As it
is not known to everybody, generally, people believe what
is told to them or what they read about Islam. They either
do not want to ask questions or know about it, as they are
either afraid of Muslims or feel extremely “delicate” to
ask such “inconvenient” questions.

Islam treats all Muslims equal, not all human beings on the
earth. Even, among Muslims, there are many different
castes based on theology, interpretation of scriptures,
acceptance or rejection of scriptures, mode of worship,
celebration of festivals, representing religious-symbols,
grave-yards, Quran book, the position of Imams, Caliphs,
Prophets after Mohammed, Sufism, miracles, etc. on one
side, and country, tribe, culture, tradition, heritage and
other factors on the other side. For converts, all factors
will be applicable. The so-called Muslims who have been
classified as OBC in different denominations as follows15:

Andhra Pradesh: Mahathar.
Assam: Maimals (Muslim fishermen), Manipur Muslims.
Bihar: Bharathira, Chik, Dafalange, Dafeale, Faqir,
Gadihar, Hima, Karanjia, Qassar, Darzi, Kasai, Bhangi,
Madari, Miriasin, Mirishkar, Momin, Mukro, Nat, Pamania,
Rangrez, Sayee, Thakurai.
Eafan, Defer, Fakir, Gadhai, Galiva, Ghanchi, Hingora,
Jat, Tari, Halarikhatki, Darban, Makrani, Mausari,
Kureshi, Miana, Mir, Mirasi, Panchara, Sandhi, Patni
Jamat, Turk Jamat, Waghev.
Gujarat: Bhat, Dhar, Dooma, Hajjan, Julaha, Lohar, Lone,
Kul, Faqir, Kumhar, Mochi, Teli, Nal Band.
Ansari, Julai, Tamboli, Beri, Chaffar band, Darzi,
Dhobi, Faqir, Takaras, Zargars.
Mappila.
Jammu & Kashmir: Faqir, Meqati.
Julaha.
Karnataka: Labbi.
Ansari, Kassab, Banjara, Kayastha.
Kerala: Ansari, Faqir, Sain.
Punjab:
Rajasthan:
Tamilnadu:
Uttar Pradesh:
West Bengal:

Besides, these divisions, they have their own divisions
based on the factors mentioned below:

Sunni, Kariji, Shia, Zaida, Imamia, Ismaliyya, Kojha,
Bohra, Nizari, Isna Ashari, Kachi-menon, Mutazila, Murji,
Wahabi, Ba’hai, Ahmeddhi, Shanusi, Sufi, and so on.

This shows the hypocrisy and double standards of Muslims
proclaiming universal brotherhood, non-discrimination etc.,
at one end and fool the converts and accepting reservation
on the basis of caste on the other hand. Therefore,
converts should carefully think about the motive of the
converters. Are they actually liberating them or chaining
them with Islamic bondage forever? In Islam, there is no
exemption, exception or relaxation, once you are declared
as “Kafir”, you will be hunted for persecution. To say
simply, you do not like Islam, you cannot leave Islam and
come out. Apostasy cannot be thought of in Islam and only
death is the reward for apostates. You can blame, criticize
and even blaspheme your Hindu Gods and be Hindus forever,
but you cannot be a Muslim or you cannot live by blaming,
criticizing or condemning Islamic Gods and Prophets.

Sihks are mono-theistic (unlike Hindus).

Actually, Hinduism is not really a religion so much as it is an enormous complex of religions. Many of those religions are more or less monotheistic, or at least as monotheistic as Catholicism is among poorly educated people in Latin America.

They are eqalitarian, don’t belive in the caste system (unlike Hindus).

Absolutely correct, theoretically. In practice if you research the issue in detail many Sikhs practice endogamy within a small in-group, which is more or less the definition of caste. Caste seems to be such a pervasive aspect of life in India that it, or something very like it, tends to filter back into even ideologies based on opposition to it.

One of the more amusing aspects, to me, of Indian resentment of British "racism" during the raj is that those practices to an unbiased outsider like me look pretty much like the British just setting themselves up as the top-dog caste.

Much like previous invaders had done.
