I enjoy a top down ride in a sports car almost as much, and I feel safer.
I just started riding 2 years ago. I am 58 and exercise regularly. I have noticed most of the older riders have issues man handling big hog bikes.
I do group rides every weekend and there are a couple of spider riders. They all love their bikes but all of them keep having quality issues. Two of them have had the dashboard electronics replaced and still are having problems with the gas gage. So great bikes lousy quality. After dropping my Honda 1100 on a turn hitting sand and breaking my ankle and thumb I just traded in for a honda silverwing scooter which I love. The Suzuki Burgmans are good also. I find the scooter has a much lower center of gravity and combined breaking front and rear brake worked by left hand break is much faster and smoother braking.
