If you stay away from the tentacles you are safe. You do not want to get a closeup look at the spot in the middle. It will devour you in a most horrible way.

I love fractals!! Back in the early '90's, I wrote a fractal generating program. Sorry the pictures are so small. When I posted them to my website in 1994, I made them real small because I didn't have much bandwidth. Now I regret it.
