No, but you have the ability to influence the selection in one way or the other. Or like you say vote "present" and let somebody else make the decision for you.
Maybe it's best for people that cannot tell the difference to abstain from voting.
Why would I want to influence the selection between one pro-abortion, anti-gun, socialized medicine, big-government liberal and another?
