Please don't flame me... but something has me confused. WHY can people buy canisters of tear gas?
Clear out the crowd after Thanksgiving dinner...
I thought the baked beans did that.
Excellent response. I have see some of the craziest comments on FR over the last few days that you can imagine. One poster questioned why the Batman killers ammo purchases were not tracked and reported. Yes, someone on FR asked that question. I asked him why they would be tracked and to whom would they be reported. I got a non-answer, but I could not believe someone would even ask that question. Sometimes I feel like I’ve come to the wrong website.
You are both quite correct. Under what Constitutional authority?
That’s not to say such authority cannot be derived, only that the first review of any such question must commence and terminate in that direction.
I think that the Constitutional authority of government employees to do most anything is severely limited, and that is the fact that must be addressed first.
Then it is necessary for the citizen to question and ascertain the motives of the government employees immediately following the assessment of Constitutional authority.
Finally, humor aside, in this thread, the choice of the active adverb (can, may, will, should, ect) gets folks thinking about distractions rather than what's at stake.
Yeah.
