I was an assistant den leader for a couple of years. I had to undergo a background check and complete their sexual harassment training. That's minimally acceptable from my perspective.

Many of the parents use the Boy Scouts as baby sitting for a couple of hours when in fact they should watch what's being taught (lots of the parents have no clue how to use a screwdriver) and support their boy.

There is a lot of trust placed in Scout leaders by parents and the children. We have a lot of close quarters, away from home activities and it's not uncommon for a den leader to take some fatherless boy tent camping. If the perverts ever get their toes in the Boy Scout tent, that will be a sad day for the best youth organization on the planet.

And one more thing, all of the sexualization of the Boy Scouts, composed mainly of children, is deplorable and so far off track of the main mission - training boys how to grow into well adjusted, dependable, resourceful Christian men (they are very tolerant of other responsible religions).

I have an idea, why don't the agnostics team up with homosexuals, create their own "Gay Scouts of Rationalism" organization and see how that flies.

Kick them OFF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS!
This stuff has got to stop! Usually when you join a board of directors you sign a statement saying you agree with the misison, vision, etc of an organization. Board members are in violation of that trust if they try to change something THAT basic. The other board members should seriously move to have them removed from their position as board member. These tactics are how the communists have managed to take over our seminaries, universities and many other pillars of our society over the last 100 years, so that now it has infiltrated into our public schools, churches, court system, etc. It’s a disease and it must be fought! Be vigilant Boy Scouts!!!

Forget this petition. What we need is a petition to kick both of those perverted homosexualists off the Scouting board permanently, and enact a rule that specifies requirements for board positions, including adherence to the Scout Oath.
