A head shot in tear gas has to be tricky.

Typically, a hardened target like that merits a hip/pelvic girdle shot to pin them in place.

Was reading recently that the dirtbag had a ballistic helmet and bulletproof leggings on as well.

You know, I’m not sure a CCW would have been able to do much at all. We’re down to a face shot to have a chance, and that’s some damned slim pickings.

Best option would have been someone tackling him.
