Patsy yes, but irresponsible even more so. To be so irresponsible as to make others responsible for your safety, to me, is reprehensible.

Wait for help to arrive? The cops were outside the building doing crowd control, and it took them at least a minute to a minute and a half to respond. That time frame was touted as a good thing at a news conference.

The cops had nothing to do with the shooter stopping. He quit when he wanted to. He shot 79 people in what, less than 90 seconds. If he had gotten some incoming, less people would have gotten hurt.
