So many families are split down the middle on this that it makes you stop and think, what is it that causes a person to fall into this fascist hero-worship?
Genetics? The fact that it runs through families with sensible members makes a heritable genetic cause difficult to postulate. The only way I think it could be genetic is if it’s a mutation—call it “Trisomy 57”.
Environment? Perhaps someday a microorganism will be discovered: A “Politicotoxoplasmosis.”
Maybe it’s both. Or, not.
Growing up I was the only Conservative in the family. Later in life, my little sister turned Republican (but she’s a bit of a RINO). My other two older sisters are total Libs.
The one I mentioned is fanatically Obamanite - we have an armed truce about politics. The other is too dumb to really care. She’s a Lib because she thinks Republicans are bad and Democrats are nice — but she couldn’t tell you why, and it’s a waste of time to explain things to her.
Why did you “friend” an obvious enemy, relative or not, in the first place?
My enjoyment of Facebook is greatly lessened because of all the smug liberals posting their pro-Obama, pro-gay marriage, anti-conservative, etc. messages. One “friend” constantly posts pro-gay marriage messages that are extremely scolding and self-righteous. She gets a few “likes” but never any comments. I figure most of her Facebook friends disagree but are too cowed to say anything. Well, a few days ago she posted a message that declared, in big print, “We (pro-gay marriage people) will not be silenced!!” I almost choked with laughter. I felt like posting to her, “Silenced?? How about you just shut up once in a while?!” These people honestly think they are being “silenced” as they post message after message with no peep of protest from anyone! They truly think they are poor, persecuted victims! Yet let anyone post even the meekest, mildest post in defense of traditional marriage and watch the attacks against THEM!
Anyway, I have begun unsubscribing from the idiots. It’s better for my blood pressure.

This presentation covers the almost unknown war and genocide against the people of the Vendee region of France during the proto-Marxist French Revolution. This genocide by the atheist, godless, totalitarian French Revolutionaries against the Church killed 450,000 people, and has served as a the tactical template for Marxist governments who have fomented statist schisms and then entered into open war against the Church over the last century, including the Soviets and Mexicans in the early 20th century, and the Red Chinese and Vietnamese, and Marxist Latin American regimes.
The Marxist Obama regime is following that same template to a terrifying, yet in no way surprising, degree.
The only question is, how will it end here? What is beyond question is the fact that we are now, in the United States, on the path to genocide.
